Dolphins head coaching search 2022 – Mike McDaniel contract deal being worked

The team is reportedly working on a contract deal with San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel, making him the 11 full-time head coach for the franchise. The move comes after the team completed final round interviews with both McDaniel and Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore.</p> <p id="D6AyId">The Dolphins took almost a month to find their replacement for Brian Flores, interviewing several potential candidates before narrowing it down to Moore or McDaniel.
