After a 6-11 season that saw them miss the playoffs once again, the Tennessee Titans drew the No. 7 overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft, which also gives them the No. 38 selection in the second round.

It’s a draft position the franchise has had six times, but it has been nearly three decades since the team last held it in 1996, when the Houston Oilers swung and missed on defensive end Bryant Mix.

When it comes to the overall history of the pick over the last 20 years, there has been some mixed results. However, included in the group are some players who made a major impact during their respective careers, so it’s certainly plausible the Titans come away with a very good player.

Here’s a look at the history of the No. 38 overall pick in the NFL draft over the past 20 years, along with any career highlights for each player.
