There are two classes of defenders in the NFL: those who have been stiff-armed into oblivion by Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry, and those who haven’t.

For those who fall into the former category, Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Shaquil Griffin has some good advice, and it’s advice he might have to put into practice himself with Henry and the Titans coming to town on Sunday.

When speaking to the media during the week, Griffin said players who get stiff-armed by Henry need to do two things: deleted their social media and take as few phone calls as possible after the game.

Avoiding social media might be the best bet, and if you don’t believe me just ask former Buffalo Bills and current San Francisco 49ers cornerback, Josh Norman, who saw elite-level trolling in 2020 after getting banished to the netherworld by Henry.

Henry has absolutely dominated the Jags in recent years, with the star rusher totaling 1,013 rushing yards, 150 receiving yards, and 12 total scores (11 rushing) in 10 career games.

Included in that dominance was the aforementioned 99-yard run from 2018, which saw The King abuse just about every Jacksonville defender along the way, creating a highlight that will live for all of eternity.

The Jags will look to avoid joining Henry’s impressive career highlight reel when they host the Titans on Sunday, with kickoff set for noon CT at TIAA Bank Field in Duval.
