The weekend is here!

We’ve officially made it to the weekend, folks! And that means we’re just a day away from the Minnesota Vikings erasing our memories of that loss we watched on Monday night when they take to the field in Minneapolis to take on the Detroit Lions. Well, we hope, anyway.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

• Norse Code is back with their look at this weekend’s game against Detroit.
• Our SB Nation Reacts poll shows a loss of confidence. Thoroughly unsurprising.
• We’ve got our staff NFL picks for Week 3.
• The final injury reports are out, and the Vikings will be missing an important part of their defense.

Again, we all know the rules, but in case someone is new:
