New Titans CB Chidobe Awuzie: 3 things to know

The Tennessee Titans added some much-needed help to their extremely thin secondary recently when the team agreed to terms with former Cincinnati Bengals cornerback, Chidobe Awuzie, who received a three-year, $36 million deal from Tennessee.

As things stand now, Awuzie is the Titans’ No. 1 boundary cornerback in what was a very thin room that saw the departure of Sean Murphy-Bunting, and will eventually see the departure of Kristian Fulton, who is expected to leave Nashville this offseason.

Awuzie amounts to an upgrade over both. We’ll go over that and more as we take a look at three things to know about the Titans’ newest cornerback.
