We made it. This is your place to discuss the Las Vegas Raiders’ draft and the first round in general.

The Raiders select at No. 13. I will be here until then to discuss the happenings. Feel free to spend the night here.

OK, we’re about to start.

It looks like the top three are going to be Caleb Williams (Chicago), Jayden Daniels (Washington) and Drake Maye (New England) as there are reports that the Patriots are leaning heavily toward keeping the pick.

That could potentially mean the Minnesota Vikings are in play for Washington quarterback Michael Penix at No. 11. The Vikings badly want a quarterback. The Raiders, who pick at No. 13, have been connected to Penix a lot this week. So, could the Vikings block them?

Will Arizona trade the pick to a quarterback-starved team or go Marvin Harrison Jr.?

Harrison goes to the Cardinals and that’s a win for the Raiders. They would not have fun with him with the Chargers and Jim Harbaugh and Justin Herbert.

He’s not a playmaker like Harrison, but Joe Alt helps the Chargers big time.

J.J. McCarthy could go to No. 11 and that means the Raiders could get Penix if they want.

Holy crap, Michael Penix at No. 8. The Raiders will need to trade for McCarthy or hope for Nix if they want a QB tonight.
