Game statuses for Sunday’s 8:20 p.m. ET matchup at Gillette Stadium.

The New England Patriots officially ruled out running back James White and designated eight others as questionable for Sunday’s matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

That list includes J.C. Jackson after the starting cornerback became a limited participant to conclude the week of preparations due to a knee issue. And on the other said of the aisle, Tampa Bay has listed tight end Rob Gronkowski as doubtful.

Here’s the final injury report heading into the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff at Gillette Stadium.

OUT

Patriots

  • RB James White (hip)

Buccaneers

  • RB Giovani Bernard (knee)
  • CB Jamel Dean (knee)

New England held an in-stadium practice on Friday. And White, whose reported hip subluxation will end his season after further tests were conducted this week, marked the lone absence for the active roster. The team captain totaled 132 scrimmage yards and a touchdown through 12 catches and 10 carries in September. An additional pair have been ruled out for Tampa Bay, counting Bernard, White’s former teammate in the backfield at Fort Lauderdale’s St. Thomas Aquinas High School.

DOUBTFUL

Patriots

  • no players listed

Buccaneers

  • TE Rob Gronkowski (ribs)

Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians shared in his last Week 4 press conference that Gronkowski will be a game-time decision. A ribs injury kept the longtime New England and current Tampa Bay tight end down as a non-participant in practice through Friday. Gronkowski has logged four touchdowns through three contests this campaign, catching 16 passes for 184 yards.

QUESTIONABLE

Patriots

  • OT Trent Brown (calf)
  • OT Isaiah Wynn (knee)
  • LB Ja’Whaun Bentley (shoulder)
  • LB Josh Uche (back)
  • LB Kyle Van Noy (groin)
  • CB J.C. Jackson (knee)
  • S Kyle Dugger (hamstring)
  • K Nick Folk (left knee)

Buccaneers

  • LB Jason Pierre-Paul (shoulder)

Prior to adding Jackson to the injury report, New England added Dugger on Thursday. The defensive backs are joined by a half-dozen teammates as questionable, including Brown and Uche up front. The right tackle and outside linebacker both were inactive last weekend because of calf and back ailments, respectively. And for Tampa Bay, a shoulder injury will leave Pierre-Paul questionable for the meeting in Foxborough. The veteran off the edges logged 138 defensive snaps through two contests but was scratched for Week 3. Pierre-Paul returned to Bucs practice in a limited capacity on Friday after sitting out previous sessions.
