Silver and Black Pride’s Week 13 Pick’em competition: Raiders hit the bye week

No weeks off in our competition, though!

The Las Vegas Raiders might be taking Week 13 off with the late-season bye week, but we don’t take any time off as the Silver and Black Pride Pick’em competition continues with the season heating up.

As always, our competition is sponsored by DraftKings Sportsbook, and DraftKings has lines and prop bets available for every game this weekend. For a few notable games, the San Francisco 49ers are favorites on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles, while the Los Angeles Rams are also favored by about field goal against the Cleveland Browns, and the Denver Broncos are underdogs while visiting the Houston Texans.

For the S&BP competition, below is a look at where our writers stand after Week 12.

After one week of being the top picker, I went back down to the bottom where I belong with a disappointing 9-7 performance. Meanwhile, Bill continues to stay hot with an 11-5 performance as he’s running away with our competition and ranks fifth among all of Tallysight’s analysts for the entire season! Ray had a solid performance at 10-6 as he and I duke it out for second place among the writers.

We have more movement at the top of the community standings! With an excellent 13-3 performance, Edgaredm08 joins Dirty Harry in a tie for the lead. That was also good enough to be one of the two top pickers for the week, and after several weeks of at least being in a tie for first place, Chrome&Onyx dropped to a tie for third. However, that’s more of a testament to how well everyone else picked than an indictment on Onyx as he/she still had 11 winners.

There were several people in the community who crushed it last week as Castor Troy gets a big shoutout for getting 13 correct picks, and we had 11 people go 12-4 and 12 people go 11-5! Keep up the good work as it feels like you guys and gals get better every single week!
