The Tennessee Titans reportedly met with one of the best wide receiver prospects in the 2023 NFL draft on Monday in Quentin Johnston.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the two sides met in Nashville with a little over two weeks left until the draft, which begins on April 27.

This is at least the second time the Titans have met the TCU product after Johnston had breakfast with Tennessee prior to his pro day on March 30.

Tennessee’s hole at wide receiver is the biggest one remaining by far, as the team has yet to bring anyone in during free agency. The only move the Titans have made was the re-signing of Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, who was part of the putrid 2022 group and is a No. 4 receiver at best.

As is the case with pretty much all wide receivers in this year’s draft class, Johnston is a polarizing prospect, with some believing he could go in the top half of the first round, while others believe he’s a Day 2 pick.

Our own Shaun Calderon thinks he could go as high as the top 10, but believes his floor is a late first-round selection. Check out Calderon’s complete scouting report on Johnston right here.

The Titans should have interest in adding the 6-foot-4, 215-pound wideout, as he would give Tennessee the size its group needs and a No. 2 option behind Treylon Burks.

Whether or not the Titans feel strongly enough about Johnston to take him at No. 11 overall remains to be seen, though. I remain skeptical about taking him at No. 11, but that might be the only chance the Titans get.
