The Tennessee Titans have been very busy this offseason making some big moves to improve a roster that went 6-11 last season, but are their signings and one big trade enough for sportsbooks to give them more respect?

Well, according to BetMGM, the answer is no — the Titans are still +15000 to win the Super Bowl, which is tied for the second-worst odds in the NFL, with only the Carolina Panthers having worse odds.

While I understand the skepticism around the Titans, there isn’t any world in which they should have worse odds than teams like the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos that look like absolute dumpster fires right now, mostly thanks to an uncertain situation at quarterback.

As far as winning the conference goes, Tennessee is at +8000, the worst odds in the AFC. They are also in the dungeon in terms of the winning the division at +800.

The Houston Texans (+160) have the best odds to win the AFC South, followed by the Jacksonville Jaguars (+220) and Indianapolis Colts (+260).

I can understand the Texans being so far ahead of the Titans, but after the moves they made this offseason, the gap between Tennessee and the Jaguars and Colts shouldn’t be that big, and quite possibly shouldn’t exist at all.
