What Titans are getting in wide receiver Chris Moore

The Tennessee Titans made a long-awaited veteran addition to their receiving corps. on Wednesday when they inked former Houston Texan Chris Moore to a one-year deal.

While Tennessee desperately needed a veteran option for the group, Moore isn’t exact the kind of impact signing fans were looking for to complement Treylon Burks.

However, when you look at it as a depth signing for the bottom half of the depth chart, the move is actually a decent one, as Moore tallied more receiving yards than any Titans wideout in 2022 (548).

Moore is also a solid chain-mover, as 24 of his 48 receptions in 2022 went for first downs.

Titans fans are understandably not excited about the move considering the team’s dire need near the top of the depth chart, but Mark Lane of Texans Wire is a bit higher on him than most.
