The Buffalo Bills got revenge for their early season loss with a big win over the New York Jets on Sunday. The offense and defense both looked great in the win and there’s more hope for the playoffs among Bills Mafia today.

New offensive coordinator Joe Brady led the Bills’ offense to 32 points in his first game running the offense for head coach Sean McDermott. It was the first time the vaunted Jets defense allowed more than 30 points since head coach Robert Saleh’s first season in New York.

While the offense scored all of those points, they did have a lot of help from a great performance by the defense. They forced the Jets to punt the ball six times and, more importantly, forced four turnovers. It’s the first time this season a team has recorded six punts and four turnovers in a game. There were only two such games last season and three in each of the two previous seasons. The Jets’ offense is dreadful, but they had their worst performance of the season at the hands of an injury-ridden Bills defense.
