Predicting Bengals’ starting lineups for Week 1 of 2024 season after first wave of free agency

The Cincinnati Bengals have a few new starters for the 2024 season after the first wave of free agency.

Some of that is by design, such as the addition of Geno Stone to help the safety room after the young secondary gave up more explosive plays than most defenses all season.

But some of that is seemingly unintentional. The front office, it seems, attempted to retain DJ Reader but failed, with the star nose tackle leaving to sign with the Detroit Lions.

That loss — and the loss of Jonah Williams — could mean a Round 1 rookie starts in one of those spots next season.
