Wreh-Wilson did visit with the Raiders earlier this offseason. So, apparently, the team has decided to circle back to Wreh-Wilson.
He was with the Atlanta Falcons in 2020 and he had three interceptions and played in 15 games. Wreh-Wilson, 31, has played in the NFL since 2013. He has 17 career starts. Wreh-Wilson has four career interceptions, and 75 percent of them came last year.
Wreh-Wilson, who spent his first three NFL seasons with the Tennessee Titans before going to Atlanta in 2016, will compete to make the Raiders’ roster as a depth piece.
Previously, the Raiders signed veteran Casey Hayward and added Nate Hobbs in the fifth round of the draft.
It is a crowded cornerback room, so some cornerbacks who were on the team last season, may have a difficult time making it in 2021.
