Today’s Cowboys practice is an unusual one as they welcome the Rams to a joint practice.

The Dallas Cowboys played their first preseason game, the Hall of Fame game, on Thursday night. Even though they lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers 16-3, there were still some good things to come out of it. Now they are back in Oxnard and they welcome the Los Angeles Rams for a joint practice. Here is what happened in the session today.

Yes, the Rams were in the house.

Good news on Dak.

Dak Prescott actually did a little bit today. Okay a very little bit. But still.

Cooper Rush did not practice.

Dalton Schultz was also absent, but for a personal reason.

Tarell Basham picks up an injury.

A good interior matchup.

As usual in these practices, things got a little chippy.

More chippiness.

Keanu Neal gets a little bit rough.

Not on LC’s watch.

Beautiful.

Another look.

Looks like the Rams forgot to cover someone.

CeeDee just doing his thing.

Zeke getting some work.

Connor McGovern going to school.

Maurice Canady keeps doing his thing.

This reminds us a little too much of last year.

Garrett Gilbert keeps progressing.
