The Colts began Day 2 of the NFL Draft with two selections, and they ended the day making two selections, with some twists and turns along the way.

Before drafting Texas wide receiver Adonai Mitchell, the Colts would first move down from pick 46 to 52 in a trade with Carolina. Then before selecting Pitt offensive tackle Matt Goncalves, the Colts moved up from pick 82 to 79 in a trade with Arizona. The Colts now have five selections on Day 3 of the draft.

There will be plenty of time to dig deeper into these selections, but before we turn our focus to the fourth through seventh rounds of the NFL Draft, let’s quickly recap all that took place on Day 2.
