The former NFL cornerback is hearing it from Packers fans and tossing it right back.
There’s been a lot of passionate takes thrown around since the Green Bay Packers turned over the reins to Jordan Love this season. One of the more vocal critics being former NFL cornerback Richard Sherman on his podcast, The Richard Sherman Podcast. His critiques have ranged from saying the entire NFC North was “ecstatic” to see Love take over to saying the Packers would never “sniff” another Super Bowl.
Well the Packers are headed to the playoffs, Jordan Love is coming off back-to-back NFC Player of the Week accolades, and naturally receipts are being pulled by Packers fans who are feeling a little petty.
One of the videos that has garnered a lot of attention this week was a Packers playoff hype video from NA Productions, which includes various critics expressing their negativity towards Jordan Love. Packers fans have been letting Sherman have it all week and he’s resorted to what he knows best: defense.
It started with a tweet calling Sherman out for his “will never sniff another Super Bowl” comment, and went from there. Sherman replied, once again bringing up the Aaron Rodgers trade, saying that it has made Packers fans delusional.
Lmao 7th seed is sniffing the SB? Lmao the loss of Aaron has you delusional. Got you feeling like a 1 seed but your far from it

When someone replied calling him out for being so down on Jordan Love, Sherman tried to back track and say he never called Jordan Love a “bust”.
Who said he was a bust? I never did. I said no one will fear GB the way they did when 12 was there.

Okay technically he didn’t say “bust” (semantics are fun!), but in October he did say on his podcast “you’re not getting three in a row” and suggested the Packers would be looking for a quarterback in the 2024 draft.
The beefing didn’t stop when someone posted a clip of Davante Adams burning Sherman on a route in the 2019 NFC Championship game. Sherman tossed it back to Packers fans and reminded them how the game ended along with the 2014 NFC Championship game.
Lmao literally picked yall off and called game the next drive . Sent Green Bay home twice. From two different teams. But celebrate the L
