Thomas left the Week 10 matchup with the Minnesota Vikings early due to a knee injury and never returned. The long-time Saints receiver has brought in 39 receptions for 448 yards and a touchdown this season. Thomas has dealt with injury problems since 2020 and has yet to play a full season since.
Due to Thomas’ injury, New Orleans brought back wide receiver Marquez Callaway, who had a short tenure with Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos.
Thomas’ injury isn’t considered season-ending, and he is expected to be back.
