Three players landed on the injury report for the first time Friday and are questionable for Sunday’s game.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have concluded their preparation for Week 2 of the regular season and are set to take on the Las Vegas Raiders this Sunday at Heinz Field. In the final injury report of the week courtesy of the Steelers PR department, defensive tackle Carlos Davis was ruled out for Sunday’s game while three new players to the injury report were limited and are listed as questionable for Sunday.

The biggest concern when it comes to the injury report was the three players who are now questionable for Sunday after they were all limited in practice on Friday. Pro Bowl cornerback Joe Haden and inside linebacker Devin Bush are both questionable with groin injuries. Additionally, tight end Zach Gentry carries a questionable status after he was limited on Friday due to an ankle. With players being limited in the final practice of the week, it will be interesting to see if there are any status changes on Saturday, in either direction, as players see how their body responds the following day.

Eric Ebron showed up on the Steelers’ injury report on Thursday with a hamstring injury and did not practice. After being a full participant in practice on Friday, Ebron does not carry an injury status. The fact Ebron will be available for Sunday is even more important with the Steelers third tight end of Zach Gentry now questionable.

The other player who missed practice on Thursday was defensive tackle Carlos Davis with a knee injury. After being limited on Wednesday, Davis was moving in the wrong direction Thursday, and on Friday Davis was unable to go yet again and has been ruled out for Sunday.

Robert Spillane was limited on Wednesday after being a last minute scratch on Sunday as he suffered a shin injury in pregame warmups. A full participant on Thursday, Spillane was also a full go on Friday and carries no injury status.

As for the Raiders’ injury report, you can see the names below courtesy of Steelers.com. Running back Josh Jacobs is one of five players who have been ruled out for Sunday, not counting the two players who went on the Reserve/Injured List this Week.
