Here’s a first look at the odds on the board for the Steelers Wild Card playoff matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

The Pittsburgh Steelers officially clinched a spot in the 2023-24 NFL playoff race in Week 18 with a win and a loss from the Jacksonville Jaguars. Now, they’ll travel to face the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium to open up the playoffs, with kickoff set for Sunday, January 14 at 1 p.m. ET.

Steelers vs. Bills odds

Point spread: Steelers +9.5
Over/under: 43
Moneyline odds: Steelers +330, Bills -425

The Buffalo Bills have been on a massive hot streak as of late, having won six of their last seven games, including outings against the Chiefs, Cowboys and Dolphins. So, it’s no wonder they’re big-time favorites over the Steelers, who have continued to struggle to get their shoes on the right foot ahead of each game.

Pittsburgh carries some momentum into this outing on a 3-0 streak with quarterback Mason Rudoph and a surging run game with Najee Harris. But still, an injury to star edge rusher T.J. Watt, among others on the defense, has them in a difficult position to defend this dynamic offense with quarterback Josh Allen, wide receiver Stefon Diggs and running back James Cook, regardless of the number of injuries they’ve also incurred on defense this year.
