Unless you’ve been living under a rock you’ve likely seen at least one of the many impressive workout videos featuring Tennessee Titans running back, Derrick Henry.

Whether it’s running up hills, doing insane box jumps or lifting weights that mere mortals could only dream of, Henry has proven time and time again it takes hard work to be the physical specimen he is.

But this isn’t a part-time grind for Henry. He is in the gym working hard every single day, which allows him to both take and dish out punishment when the ball is in his hands on the football field.

Recently, Henry gave us an inside look at what his daily routine consists of via a video shared on social media by the Titans. Prepare to be amazed.

Despite having accomplished so much in the past few years, Henry clearly isn’t resting on his laurels and is working as hard as he did before he was a proven commodity.

As is the case with all running backs, the question about how long Henry can maintain his top form and last in the NFL has come up, especially after he led the NFL in carries the past two years.

However, Henry has a better shot than most running backs to enjoy longevity thanks to the vigorous workout routine that keeps him in phenomenal shape year in and year out.
