With outside linebacker Derick Roberson inactive and Bud Dupree dressed for emergency only, the Tennessee Titans needed other players to step up in their matchup with the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday — and outside linebacker Harold Landry did just that.

En route to their 25-16 victory, the Titans’ pass-rush wreaked havoc on Colts quarterback Carson Wentz, who entered the contest nursing two sprained ankles.

Landry tallied a career-high 12 quarterback pressures, including five quarterback hits, and he was credited with four combined tackles and 0.5 sacks.

“I just feel like we’re all feeding off one another and everyone is attacking right now, and it’s awesome to see everyone making plays,” Landry said after the game. “Like I said during camp, all of us we’re just working every single day and we built that chemistry. Now I feel like we’re just kind of playing off one another and just going out there, eating as a group.”

With the Titans clinging to a 14-13 lead midway through the third quarter, defensive coordinator Shane Bowen dialed up a blitz on third-and-10.

Landry came screaming through the middle of the offensive line, grabbing a hold of Wentz before fellow outside linebacker Ola Adeniyi, who was another stud on Sunday, joined him in taking down the Colts quarterback.

Landry’s ridiculous 37.5-percent pressure rate on Sunday ranks third-highest in a game during the Next Gen Stats era. Landry is also the first player in the NFL with 10-plus QB pressures in a game this season.

Taken with the 41st overall pick in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft, Landry is hopeful that he can return to 2019 form when he accumulated nine sacks and two fumble recoveries in 16 games.

If Sunday is any indication, the Boston College product is headed in the right direction in what is a contract year for him.
