The Tennessee Titans saw poor performances across the board during the Week 1 loss to the Arizona Cardinals, and that’s reflected in the Pro Football Focus grades from the contest.

Before we get to the good part (spoiler alert: even the good part isn’t good), we’ll start with the bad.

The five-lowest grades on offense (H/T TicTacTitans on Twitter) belonged to OL Kendall Lamm (29.3), RG Nate Davis (32.3), TE Geoff Swaim (33.5), LT Taylor Lewan (39.7, with a 24.2 in pass protection) and TE Anthony Firkser (54.8).

Also per PFF, Lewan was responsible for two sacks allowed, and Davis and Lamm surrendered one apiece. The other two were credited to LG Rodger Saffold and C Ben Jones.

Among some of the key defenders on defense, OLB Bud Dupree (48.1), CB Janoris Jenkins (47.9), LB Jayon Brown (44.3), CB Elijah Molden (37.0) and LB Rashaan Evans (34.2) registered among the worst marks (H/T John Glennon, Broadway Sports).

Jenkins was responsible for covering DeAndre Hopkins and was targeted seven times in that particular matchup, permitting six catches for 69 yards and one touchdown (H/T Glennon).

Now that we have the ugly out of the way, let’s take a look at the less ugly and see which players scored the highest marks on offense and defense in Week 1. Hold your nose.
