It might sound too soon to start discussing who wins the next Super Bowl, but it really isn’t. The first quarter of the year is over and everyone will have their sights on getting into shape and preparing for the new season. This especially applies to the Ravens, after missing out on the Super Bowl yet again to the eventual winners, the Kansas City Chiefs.

The 2025 Super Bowl might just be the Baltimore Ravens year. Let’s take a look at the three reasons why I strongly believe so.

What Are The Bookies Saying?

The betting odds are a good pointer at what should occur in any sport, and the NFL is no exception. Bookies have begun setting the odds for every team to win the Super Bowl LIX. If you’re interested in that side of the business, Boss Action bookie software offers prime features for that.

The Ravens are listed as +900, odds that set them as the 3rd-highest favorite to clinch the SBLIX, behind only the last Super Bowl finalists (49ers and Chiefs). However, the odds are very interesting; they place Ravens’ fellow AFC compatriots and current champions as second favorites, with the 49ers being placed as favorites. I dare say the Ravens will beat the 49ers again if given the chance (that’s remembering their impressive victory at the end of 2023), with the Chiefs being the main concern. My reasons for this are clearer in the next section.

What Does History Say?

The Ravens are two-time champions, winning it in 2001 and 2013. There are two reasons why this is very interesting. Firstly, those two dates are 12 years apart, and if you believe in sporting miracles, then you know that 2025 is next on the list. It would be nice if they get to meet the 49ers as they did in 2013.

The other reason is the most important one. Those two dates are the only time the Ravens have made the Super Bowl. That means they are undefeated in the Super Bowl, and I believe they will remain undefeated. That means their main focus should be on the AFC championship and the rest will fall in place.

What Does The Team Strength Say?

For those who followed the Baltimore Ravens from the early parts of last season, you will know that this is not a team to be trifled with. They had an impressive record in their AFC North running which led up to their division title. The team is doing well in all areas on a good day.

They owe their confidence to influential players like the explosive Lamar Jackson and the solid Roquan Smith. The former captured his second NFL MVP award and that’s a sign for things to come. If he pushes that form till the AFC championship, the Super Bowl will be in grasp.

At the helm of it all is John Harbaugh, but he’s not who we should take a look at. The focus should be the fairly new combination of Todd Monken and Zachary Orr settling in as the offensive and defensive coordinators respectively. The signs were there last season but once they’ve put their foot down, the Ravens will be a force to reckon with.

So What Are The Chances?

The Super Bowl is hard work, from a season-long division to a nerve-racking divisional round and championship, all to still have a game to play. It’s not easy to confidently say one team is a favorite.

However, after this steady analysis, it shouldn’t be in doubt that the Baltimore Ravens have a super chance at SBLIX. The odds place them 3rd, the history places them 2nd, and I believe the new team structure is enough to put everything in place to deliver the final prize!
