As you can see from the article’s picture, this won’t be the first time Trevor Lawrence and Joe Burrow meet. The last two times these two faced off was January 13, 2020, in the National Championship game when the LSU Tigers beat Clemson 42-25.

Tonight, the Cincinnati Bengals host the Jacksonville Jaguars and are 7.5 point favorites, with the total on the game set at 46.5. I think this game will be high-scoring. Burrow has his college teammate to throw to in Ja’Marr Chase, who is off to a hot start with 11 receptions for 220 yards and four touchdowns.

Jacksonville traded C.J. Henderson for a third-round pick to Carolina Panthers. That means Tyson Campbell, a draft crush of mine, will get the start. Cincy shouldn’t have any problems scoring as the Jaguars love to blitz, and Burrow carves up defenses that bring pressure.

Can Trevor Lawrence stop turning the ball over? He threw a couple of interceptions last week, although one wasn’t his fault. Lawrence looks…like a rookie. He’ll have a “wow” throw here and there throughout the game. Lawrence remains inconsistent, which is to be expected for a rookie quarterback in December.

This game could be a sneaky shootout. For the fellow degenerates, I’m waiting to get a better number on the Bengals live, taking the over, and have D.J. Chark props going over three receptions and 49 receiving yards.
