The Joker officially won’t be returning to Atlanta in 2024. Former Falcons running back and kick return specialist Cordarrelle Patterson has agreed to a two-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday afternoon.

Patterson, whose contract was signed just hours after the NFL revised its kickoff return rules, will reunite with former Falcons head coach and current Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith in Pittsburgh.

The 33-year-old became a fan favorite over his three seasons in Atlanta. Patterson previously said goodbye to Falcons fans when free agency began a few weeks ago but had yet to land a deal until Tuesday.
