The Atlanta Falcons haven’t finished with a winning record since the 2017 season, but there is reason to believe the team’s five-year playoff drought could come to an end in 2023.

Free-agent additions Jessie Bates III, Calais Campbell, Kaden Elliss and David Onyemata should give the defense a much-needed boost. Offensively, the team locked up two key linemen, traded for a No. 2 tight end and drafted the best running back in the 2023 draft class.
