The 49ers defense got a big stop on a fourth-and-1 to force a turnover at their own 42. The offense took over from there and went 58 yards on 10 plays, capping it with a 16-yard touchdown pass from Jimmy Garoppolo to George Kittle. That’s Garoppolo’s second touchdown pass of the game and gave the 49ers a 17-7 lead.
