The Cincinnati Bengals could still look to make additions to the roster in free agency, sure.

But with the 2024 NFL draft looming large this month, the focus wholly shifts to that process. There, major needs at areas of strength for the draft class such as the offensive and defensive lines stick out as prominent talking points.

After all, the additions of Sheldon Rankins to the defense and Trent Brown to the line in front of Joe Burrow won’t stop the team from going in those directions as early as Round 1.

It also might encourage them to listen to trade offers if another team gives them a ring.

Here’s a look at one such scenario, where the Bengals move down the order and shake things up while still getting one of their ideal targets.
