The Denver Broncos jumped to second place in the AFC West and are now 10th in a very crowded AFC playoff picture in Week 11.

The Denver Broncos won their fourth-straight game and are at .500 after ten games, which is something we have not seen in quite a long time in Denver. Their last three wins have come against the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs, on the road against the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football, and the former hottest team in the NFL in the Minnesota Vikings.

While they are currently on the outside, looking in, on that AFC playoff picture, they control their own destiny a bit. With games against the Cleveland Browns next week and the Houston Texans the week after, they could quickly find themselves on the inside and holding on through December.

Here is where the AFC playoff seeding stands after Sunday.

Denver holds a tiebreaker against the Bills and if they can keep their winning streak going through the next two weeks, they could hold tiebreakers against both the Browns and Texans too. They will need those wins too, because their conference record isn’t all that good at 2-4.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Broncos playoff odds jumped to +270 going from a single-digit chance before last night’s win to a 28% chance today. The odds are still stacked against them, but compared to that 1-5 start this team has everything laid out in front of them.

Do you think these Denver Broncos can pull off the improbable?
