The Cincinnati Bengals seem like a candidate to draft at least one wide receiver in the upcoming 2024 NFL draft.

While some mock drafts and suggestions have the Bengals doing so early, there’s a chance it’s something the front office attacks in the later rounds.

Joshua Cephus, for example, could be one of the prospects the Bengals target in the middle to late rounds. The UTSA standout has a pre-draft visit scheduled with the team, according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC2.

Given some apparent so-so athletic testing numbers and the level of competition faced in college, Cephus is one of those prospects flying under the proverbial radar.

That might interest the Bengals as a value after a certain point in the draft as they evaluate the loss of Tyler Boyd and the potential future loss of Tee Higgins.
