The Indianapolis Colts hired former Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Shane Steichen as their new head coach Tuesday.
The announcement ended an exhaustive month-long process that included 13 candidates and 21 total interviews. The Colts clearly didn’t mind that it took this long if it means they hired the right candidate.
