The Los Angeles Chargers (2-4) are set to meet the Chicago Bears (2-5) in Week 8 of the 2023 regular season.

The Chargers are coming off a loss to the Chiefs, 31-17. This game was a tale of two halves, as Los Angeles’ offense kept pace with Kansas City in the first half to mask their defense being dominated. However, the offense stalled in the second half and the defense could not hold their own against Patrick Mahomes and company the rest of the way.
On the other hand, the Bears are removed from a victory over the Raiders, 30-12. Making his first NFL start in place of the injured Justin Fields, Tyson Bagent engineered an offense that scored three touchdowns while the defense forced a season-high three takeaways, marking six turnovers in the last three games.
The last time the Chargers and Bears faced off was in 2019. Los Angeles won, 17-16. Chicago leads the series 7-6.
Sunday’s contest will begin at 5:20 p.m. PT and be televised on NBC.
