Josh Harris is making big moves

Josh Harris is the managing partner of the ownership group that purchased the Washington Commanders from Dan Snyder in July. This was the most important transaction in Washington football history, and freed the franchise, and the fanbase, from the dark cloud that has been hovering over the team for two and a half decades.

Josh Harris was quiet during the season, letting the people in place sink or swim during his first year as owner. Ron Rivera was the head football person and head coach of the team, and he sank to the bottom of the ocean with a 4-13 record. Harris fired Rivera on Black Monday, and quickly announced that he had hired former NBA executive Bob Myers and former NFL GM Rick Spielman to head up their search for a new head of football operations and head coach. Harris landed the biggest fish in the GM pool with San Francisco 49ers assistant general manager Adam Peters. Next up is a new head coach to work with Peters, and help rebuild Washington into a top NFL team again!
