Closer to the postseason

Norske Thorsday, everybody! We’re nearly through the week here at your favorite Minnesota Vikings website, which means we’re just that much closer to the NFL Playoffs officially getting underway. We’re almost there, folks, and I can promise you that we’ll get there.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

• Warren brought us his analysis of how the purple can make this season a Super one.
• The mothership gave us a piece ranking teams on their likelihood of winning the Super Bowl.
• We asked Five (More) Good Questions of our friends at Big Blue View about the Giants.
• The NFL players voted on their first All-Pro team, and Justin Jefferson was on it.
• Blake Brandel has been activated from injured reserve and could be ready to go for Sunday.
• Remember Brad? He’s doing a meet-and-greet before Sunday’s game in Minneapolis.
• Kirk Cousins (‘ jersey) has made it to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
• The first injury reports of the week are out for this weekend’s game.
