Not only do the Tennessee Titans have the No. 7 overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft, they also own an early second-round selection (No. 38) that could help them get back into the first round for a second pick on Day 1.
Based on the trade value chart, Tennessee’s second- and fourth-round picks equate to 189, which is potentially enough to move them into one of the final picks in Round 1. They could also sweeten the pot by including a player, like Treylon Burks, for example.
Of course, the Titans would have to weigh losing a pick when they are trying to build their roster, but perhaps said pick would be easier to part with if the Titans acquire more draft capital via a trade back from No. 7. The decision to part with a pick to move up would also be determined by how in love they are with a player they’re targeting.
With all that in mind, we’re taking a look at the ideal first-round pick for the Titans at their biggest positions of need, whether the selection comes at No. 7 overall or via a trade up into the first round from No. 38.
