Because, at this point, it needs to be asked

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Minnesota Vikings fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.

It’s that time again, folks. . .we get to ask you, the patrons of the best damn Minnesota Vikings website there is, about our favorite team in our latest SB Nation Reacts survey. We’re heading into the bye week with the linger of the stink bomb our favorite team dropped on Monday night, so we need to ask a couple of questions.

The first question is our standard question about how you feel about the direction of the team. I’m sure that, for most folks, the answer is something along the lines of “damn sure not as good as I felt two weeks ago.” The Vikings are still in the playoff picture in the NFC, but their spot is a lot more precarious than it was. . .or than it probably should be. So, we’ll see what everyone says here.

The second question is one that I’m sure is going to be debated for the next two weeks, and that’s who everyone thinks the Vikings should start at quarterback when they come back from their bye week. The Josh Dobbs Experience™ was pretty great for the first two weeks, but the last two weeks. . .not so much, no. Do we think that Dobbs should continue to be the starter when the Vikings head to Vegas? Should the Vikings turn to Jaren Hall again? Is handing the ball to Nick Mullens the right call?

At least it won’t be Sean Mannion, and I think we can all be pretty happy about that.

But, those are our two questions for you to ponder this week, folks. Go ahead and cast your votes in this week’s poll and talk about it here in the comments section. As always, we’ll have our answers for you in a few days.

Thanks in advance for participating, everyone!
