Wednesday Open Thread: October 6, 2021

Happy Wednesday, everyone!

Alright, we’ve reached the mid-point of the week, only a couple more days to the weekend, and to Sunday’s game against the Lions, where the Vikings will look to wash off the stench of last Sunday’s game. I know many fans want to write this game off as easy, but it won’t be. The Lions were a 66 yard field goal away from beating the Ravens, and they also went into halftime with the lead against the Packers…….in Lambeau. The Lions are very beat up for this game, which will definitely help the Vikings. Missing O-line pieces should open up the Vikings pass rush and make it easier to stop the run. If they can do that, and IF the Vikings offense decides to show up this week, they could have a good day. If they don’t show up, this season could get ugly fast. Let’s hope they show up, and use this as a springboard to propel them into a winning streak. We’ll see in a few days. SKOL!!!!!!!!
