The Baltimore Ravens are coming off a tough Week 14 defeat against a division rival in the Cleveland Browns. Despite the loss, the team controls their own destiny, leading the crowded AFC North division. Not only did the team lose the game, but they also lost quarterback Lamar Jackson in the first half due to an ankle sprain.

On Wednesday, the Ravens released their first injury report of the week ahead of their Week 15 matchup with the Green Bay Packers. The report was long, like previous weeks, with numerous players not participating in the opening session of the week.

Headlining the list is Jackson who did not participate in Wednesday’s practice. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said Jackson remains “day-to-day” with his ankle sprain. The team signed veteran quarterback Josh Johnson off of the New York Jets’ practice squad, seemingly for depth in the event Jackson does not suit up. Quarterback Tyler Huntley would be expected to start if Jackson is sidelined.

Other players who missed practice due to injury or illness included defensive tackle Calais Campbell (thigh), guard Tyre Phillips (illness), guard Ben Powers (foot), fullback Patrick Ricard (back/knee), tackle Alejandro Villanueva (knee), wide receiver Tylan Wallace (concussion) and cornerback Chris Westry (knee).

A few players were limited in practice to start the week as tight end Nick Boyle (knee), offensive lineman Patrick Mekari (hand) and wide receiver Sammy Watkins (knee) got in a few reps on Wednesday. Wide receiver Miles Boykin (finger) had a full session.

Closing out the list is outside linebacker Justin Houston and cornerback Tavon Young who were given a day of rest.
