Wilson has been expected since the start of the offseason to be traded following a roller coaster 2023 season that included a benching and a concussion following his return to the starting lineup, all in the second half of the season.
Wilson is due $5.4 million in compensation for 2024, including $4.4 million in roster bonuses that are due at the beginning of training camp. A potential deal may have to include the Jets eating some, if not all, of those bonuses.
