Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross was arrested Monday afternoon in Shawnee, Kansas, on a charge related to criminal damage (greater than $25,000), with a level 7 felony charge, according to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office’s Booking and Release Report.

The report provides no additional details regarding bond and disposition.

Ross, 23, is in his second year with the Chiefs after signing with the club as an undrafted wide receiver out of Clemson following the 2022 NFL Draft. Ross spent the 2022 season on the club’s injured reserve list before making the team at the 2023 53-man roster deadline.

In seven 2023 appearances, he has three catches for 34 yards. The Chiefs have not released a statement on the matter.

We’ll update this post as more information becomes available.
